If for any valid reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can simply contact us as soon as you have received the product or came of knowledge of that reason and apply for a future credit, reshipment or refund.
Future credit – an amount of money that will applied to your customers account, which can be used for your next order. The credit will be applied from the moment the application is approved.
Reshipment – second time shipping of the previous order or a part of it to compensate for loss or lack of quality. Will usually take 3-5 business days after BeautyDermal approves the application.
Refund – a whole or partial compensation of Your order. May take 3-5 business days for the refund to settle within your bank account after BeautyDermal approves Your application.
BeautyDermal will come to a decision on an application for return within 5 business days. BeautyDermal reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return.
No return will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) unless the product is faulty.
Please note, once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of delivery of that order from either the local postal office, courier, border control or customs, then no return will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.
