At BeautyDermal we highly value our customers and their opinion. If for any valid reason you are not happy with your order, You can simply contact us as soon as you have received the product and apply for future credit, reshipment, or refund.
Future credit is an amount of money that will be forwarded for your upcoming orders. The credit will be available from the moment the application is approved.
Reshipment is second-time shipping of the previous order or a certain product in case of loss during the transit or lack of quality. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days after BeautyDermal approves the application.
Refund – a whole or partial compensation of Your order. May take 3-5 business days for the refund to settle within your bank account after BeautyDermal approves Your request.
BeautyDermal will inform You regarding the decision up to 5 business days. BeautyDermal has the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return.
No return will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used, or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) unless the product is faulty.
Please note, once you have made an order and refused to receive it from either the local postal office, courier, border control, or customs, then no return will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.
